These terms of service govern all orders placed on this store, operated by Yann Kerebel (YK COMMERCE / ZenWave), sole proprietorship registered in France, SIRET 105 706 113 00013, 12 chemin du Bel Air, 69140 Rillieux-la-Pape, France. Contact: zenwaveofficiel@gmail.com.

Products and prices Product photos are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available, all taxes included for EU customers. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Orders and payment Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely by Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local methods). We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or abnormal order volume.

Delivery We ship internationally to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 8-15 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Legal warranties (EU) All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by French and EU consumer law.

Liability and disputes These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact a consumer mediator. French consumers may contact the médiateur de la consommation once an amicable claim has been made in writing.
