Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to every purchase made on this store, operated by Yann Kerebel (YK COMMERCE / ZenWave), sole proprietorship, SIRET 105 706 113 00013, 12 chemin du Bel Air, 69140 Rillieux-la-Pape, France.

Ordering Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted; you will receive a confirmation email. The sale contract is concluded at that moment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability.

Prices Prices are shown in your local currency where available. For EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable. For non-EU destinations, prices exclude import duties and taxes, which remain the customer's responsibility.

Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order, processed securely by Shopify Payments. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and available local methods.

Delivery and risk Products are delivered to the address given at checkout, within the estimated times shown in our Shipping Policy (8-15 business days). Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal (EU) You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, and 14 further days to return the items, in accordance with our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, this right cannot be exercised on swimwear that has been unsealed/worn, except in case of defect.

Legal warranties All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects under French and EU consumer law.

Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU customers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
