ZenWave (operated by Yann Kerebel, sole proprietorship registered in France) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address)
- Order and payment information (payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never store your card details)
- Browsing data via cookies (see below)
Why we collect it
- To process and deliver your orders (contractual necessity)
- To comply with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting)
- To send you marketing emails only if you have opted in (consent, withdrawable at any time)
- To improve our store (legitimate interest / consent for analytics cookies)
Data sharing Your data is shared only with the service providers necessary to fulfil your order: Shopify (hosting and payments), our shipping suppliers and carriers (name and delivery address only), and legal authorities where required. Some of these providers are located outside the EU; transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention Order data is kept for the legal accounting period (10 years in France). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Your rights You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and restrict the processing of your data, and to object to it. To exercise these rights, contact zenwaveofficiel@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
